Who Stores a Car Here

Automobile storage in Aiken gets used in more situations than most people expect:

  • HOA restrictions — Many Aiken neighborhoods don't allow extra vehicles, work trucks, or older cars parked in driveways. A storage spot solves it without selling.
  • Classic and collector cars — Keeping a vehicle you don't drive daily off the street and out of the elements while you're working on it or waiting for the right season.
  • Seasonal vehicles — Convertibles, sports cars, or a second vehicle that only gets driven part of the year.
  • Military families near Fort Eisenhower — Deploying or PCS-ing and need somewhere to keep a vehicle without paying for a second driveway or a family member's garage.
  • Downsizing or between homes — Transitioning living situations and need temporary parking while you figure out the next step.
  • Work trucks and commercial vehicles — Contractors and tradespeople who need to keep a work vehicle off residential property overnight.
  • Estate and inherited vehicles — A car that came to you unexpectedly and you need time to decide what to do with it.

What's Included

  • Gated facility — Coded gate access, not an open lot
  • Security cameras — Monitored perimeter at both locations
  • Daily access — 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week
  • Month-to-month lease — No 6-month or annual commitment required
  • Online payments — Pay and manage your account from your phone
  • Locally owned — You're dealing with the owner, not a national call center

A Few Things Worth Knowing Before You Store

Our automobile storage is outdoor parking — covered enclosed garage units are not available at this time. For most vehicles being stored short to medium-term, outdoor gated parking works fine. A few tips if you're storing a car for more than a few weeks:

  • Put a breathable car cover on it — keeps off dust and UV without trapping moisture
  • Inflate tires to the high end of the recommended range — they'll lose pressure slowly while sitting
  • Use a battery maintainer / trickle charger if storing for a month or more
  • Top off the gas tank and add a fuel stabilizer if storing through a full season
  • Leave the parking brake off for long-term storage — use wheel chocks instead to avoid brake pad adhesion

Need to store gear alongside the car? Pair your parking spot with a 5×10 or 10×10 unit for tools, parts, or accessories. Both are available at the same facility so you're making one trip.
